Maximiliano Rosales

I’m currently a Hospitality Operations Management
student at Centennial College with a real passion for
creating great guest experiences and keeping things
running smoothly behind the scenes.

During my recent internship as a Night Auditor, I got
hands-on experience with front desk operations, handling
guest requests, and managing nightly reports. It really
helped me build my confidence, attention to detail, and
ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced
environment that I’ve never worked in before.

I enjoyed being part of a team, learning new things, and
finding ways to improve how things are done. I’m always
open to new opportunities and experiences that help me
grow in the hospitality industry.
